We loved our stay in Prayagraj. The hotel's central location in the middle of Jackson was perfect, close to popular attractions, shopping districts, and dining options. We were able to visit Chandra Shekhar Azad Park Ground, just a 5-minute drive away. The in-house restaurant served plenty of awesome food.

The location is perfect, and they have parking nearby. I really enjoyed the helpful personnel that ensures guests have a really enjoyable stay.

the staff was polite and accommodating, and the breakfast was delicious. Despite some minor issues like hot water and cleanliness in the bathroom, the sheets were clean and the pet-friendly policy was a wonderful feature. the location was perfect, as it was easily accessible from the main road and close to the sights we wanted to see.

Our New Year's Eve was ruined due to the unprofessional staff and poorly maintained rooms. The rooms were not properly cleaned and prepared for our arrival, which was a huge disappointment.

The hotel was in a good location, easy to find from the main road. the sheets were clean and our pet was allowed to stay. It was nice to have this option since not many hotels accommodate pets. the breakfast was tasty and the staff was polite.

The check, in process was disappointing. We had to wait for an hour before being given an air, conditioned room.
